Web UX
Insight
Migraine sufferers cannot find the information they are looking for on Migraleve's website.
Solution
I redesigned the website to educate the UK population about what the differences are between headaches and migraines, types of migraines, the root cause of most migraines and what they can do to help prevent an episode or alleviate the pain once they are suffering from an attack.

Process
The bounce rate of the website was incredibly high; often visitors did not get past the home page or went straight to the products page. After doing a full site audit, I realized that the content was overwhelming, scientific and did not follow a logical user journey.
I started out by identifying key questions that a migraine sufferer, such as myself, would like to have answered:
-What is a migraine?
-How is it different from a headache?
-What are the symptoms and types of migraine?
-How can I manage the pain?
-What can I do to prevent a migraine?
Since the budget did not allow for a larger marketing campaign, I used linking strategy and identified key words for SEO.
Results
The new content enabled us to decrease bounce rates to around 20% and triple the time spent on page. SEO also enabled us to improve our ranking and resulted in an increase in unique visitors as well.
